How do I change currencies?如何更换换算币种？
Tap the currency code at the top of either column, such as CNY or USD, then select another currency. The preset and custom amounts update immediately.

Why does my bank show a different amount?为什么银行显示的金额不同？
Voxel uses reference exchange rates supplied by Frankfurter. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may use its own rate and add conversion or service fees. Voxel is intended for travel estimates, not final settlement.

Why are rates not updating?为什么汇率没有更新？
Check that your device is connected to the internet, then reopen Voxel or try again after a moment. If the service is temporarily unavailable, Voxel keeps using the latest cached rates and labels them as offline.
请先确认设备已连接网络，然后重新打开 Voxel，或稍后再试。如果汇率服务暂时不可用，Voxel 会继续使用最近缓存的汇率，并标记为离线汇率。
Can I use Voxel without an account?使用 Voxel 需要注册账号吗？
Yes. Voxel does not require registration or sign-in. Currency choices, language preferences, and cached rates stay on your device.

How do I remove Voxel's local data?如何删除 Voxel 的本地数据？
Uninstalling the app removes its locally stored settings and cached rates. On Android, you can also open system Settings → Apps → Voxel → Storage → Clear storage.
卸载应用即可删除本地保存的设置和汇率缓存。Android 用户也可以前往系统“设置 → 应用 → Voxel → 存储 → 清除存储”。
The rating screen does not appear. What should I do?点击评价后没有出现评价窗口怎么办？
The App Store or Google Play decides whether an in-app rating prompt is shown. Make sure the app was installed from the store and that the store app is available, then try the rating option again later.

Which currencies are currently supported?目前支持哪些货币？
The initial release focuses on popular travel currencies, including CNY, HKD, USD, JPY, KRW, VND, and EUR. Availability may expand in later versions.
