This Privacy Policy applies to the Voxel mobile application for iOS and Android, the Voxel support website, and communications you send to Voxel support. In this policy, “Voxel,” “we,” and “us” refer to the developer and operator of the Voxel app.

To make the app useful and available offline, Voxel stores the following information locally on your device:

Exchange-rate updates汇率更新
When an internet connection is available, Voxel sends an HTTPS request to Frankfurter to obtain current reference exchange rates. Voxel does not send the custom amounts you enter with that request. As with most internet services, Frankfurter and the networks used to reach it may receive technical information such as your IP address, request time, and basic request headers, and may process that information under their own terms and privacy practices.

Voxel may perform an HTTPS configuration check when it starts. If the returned configuration directs the app to display a webpage, that page opens inside an in-app browser. The page operator may receive standard network information and may use web storage or cookies according to the page’s own privacy policy. Voxel does not use the configuration check for advertising or behavioral profiling.

If you email Voxel support, we receive the email address and any information you voluntarily include, such as your device model, operating-system version, app version, screenshots, and problem description. We use this information only to respond, troubleshoot, prevent abuse, and improve Voxel. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
